STUDIO BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking a studio session at You42 Studios Inc. (“Lessor”), located at 11000 Alpharetta Hwy, Roswell, GA 30076, you (“Lessee”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

2. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • 24 hours or more before the scheduled start → Full refund.

  • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled start → Non-refundable.

  • No-shows → Lessee will be considered a no-show if they have not contacted You42 Studios within 30 minutes of their scheduled start time and no one from their party has arrived. No-shows are non-refundable, and any reserved equipment will be released back into inventory.

3. STUDIO USE

  • Lessee may only use the specific room and timeslot booked.

  • Lessee agrees to vacate the studio by the end of the scheduled session.

  • Late departure will result in an additional hour of studio time being charged at the standard hourly rate, or other fees as determined by You42 Studios.

  • Lessee accepts the Facility in its “as-is” condition.

4. EQUIPMENT

  • If equipment is reserved, it will be checked out and returned through the equipment rental room according to You42 Studios’ equipment policies.

  • Lessee is responsible for any loss or damage to rented equipment and agrees to pay the replacement/repair cost upon demand.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lessee must leave the studio in a reasonably clean condition and remove all personal belongings.

  • Food and beverage use must comply with posted studio rules.

  • Lessee may not engage in any illegal activity or violate facility rules.

6. RESTRICTIONS

  • No smoking inside the facility.

  • No open flames, fireworks, or hazardous materials without prior written approval.

  • Alcohol is not permitted unless authorized by You42 Studios in compliance with local laws.

  • Noise levels must not disrupt other clients or surrounding tenants.

  • Lessee may not assign or sublease this booking without You42 Studios’ written consent.

7. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

  • Lessee assumes all risks associated with their use of the studio.

  • Lessee shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless You42 Studios Inc., its officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from Lessee’s use of the Facility, including actions of guests, contractors, or invitees.

  • You42 Studios Inc. is not responsible for loss or damage to Lessee’s personal property.

8. DAMAGE & RESTORATION

  • Any damage to the Facility caused by Lessee or their guests must be reported immediately.

  • Lessee will be charged for repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning required as a result of their use.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, labor disputes, government regulations, pandemics, utility outages, or other events that make performance impracticable. In such cases, You42 Studios may cancel or reschedule the booking without liability other than refunding fees already paid for unused time.

10. TERMINATION

You42 Studios Inc. reserves the right to terminate a booking immediately if:

  • Payment has not been received, or

  • Lessee fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal claims shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Georgia.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
