STUDIO BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking a studio session at You42 Studios Inc. (“Lessor”), you (“Lessee”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT

  • All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and processed.

2. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • 24 hours or more before the scheduled start: Eligible for a full refund.

  • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled start: Non-refundable.

  • No-Shows:

    • A no-show occurs when the Lessee has not contacted You42 Studios within 30 minutes after the scheduled start time and no one from their party has arrived.

    • No-shows are non-refundable.

    • Reserved equipment will be released back into inventory.

3. STUDIO USE

  • Lessee may only use the specific room and timeslot they have booked.

  • Lessee must vacate the studio no later than the scheduled end time.

  • Failure to vacate the room by the end of the scheduled session will result in an automatic charge for an additional hour at the standard hourly rate, regardless of the amount of extra time used.

  • Additional fees may apply if the delay impacts subsequent bookings or operational schedules.

  • Lessee accepts the studio and facility in as-is condition.

4. EQUIPMENT

  • If equipment is reserved, all check-out and return procedures must follow You42 Studios’ equipment policies.

  • Lessee is responsible for all loss, theft, or damage to rented equipment and agrees to pay replacement or repair costs upon demand.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lessee must leave the studio in reasonably clean condition and remove all personal belongings.

  • Food and beverages must comply with posted studio rules.

  • Lessee may not engage in illegal activity or violate any facility policies while on site.

6. RESTRICTIONS

  • No smoking inside the facility.

  • No open flames, fireworks, or hazardous materials without prior written approval from You42 Studios.

  • Alcohol is prohibited unless expressly authorized by You42 Studios and compliant with local laws.

  • Noise levels must not disrupt other clients or surrounding tenants.

  • Lessee may not assign, transfer, or sublease the booking without written consent from You42 Studios.

7. LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

  • Lessee assumes all risks associated with use of the studio and facility.

  • Lessee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless You42 Studios Inc., its officers, agents, and employees from all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from Lessee’s use of the facility, including actions of guests, contractors, or invitees.

  • You42 Studios Inc. is not responsible for loss of or damage to Lessee’s personal property.

8. DAMAGE & RESTORATION

  • Any damage caused by Lessee or their guests must be reported immediately.

  • Lessee will be charged for any repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning required as a result of their use.

9. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party is liable for failure to perform obligations due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, government orders, utility outages, or other events that make performance impracticable.
In such cases, You42 Studios may cancel or reschedule the booking without further liability beyond refunding fees for unused time.

10. TERMINATION

You42 Studios Inc. may immediately terminate a booking if:

  • Payment has not been received, or

  • Lessee fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

11. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal claims shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction within Georgia.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
