THIRD-PARTY CONTRACTORS AND FREELANCERS

While You42 Studios, Inc. is happy to connect you with experts for your project, we do not control any third-party contractors, freelancers, or service providers that a creator may hire to support their recording sessions or related activities. All work product and performance obligations between clients and such third parties are made solely at the creator's discretion and risk. You42 Studios assumes no responsibility or liability for any actions, omissions, damages, losses, or disputes arising out of or related to services provided by independent contractors or freelancers engaged by the creator for their project.

BILLING AND OVERTIME

Any amount of time exceeding the scheduled shoot duration will automatically result in an additional hourly charge at the same negotiated rate. This additional time will be billed in full-hour increments to the card on file for as long as the shoot continues. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all members of their contracted team, including freelancers, wrap within the scheduled timeframe to avoid overtime charges.

INDEPENDENT ENGAGEMENT

Contracted video workers operate as independent professionals and are not employees, agents, or representatives of You42 Studios. They maintain sole control over their creative methods, tools, and deliverables. Clients engaging with third-party contractors do so under separate agreements and are responsible for verifying the contractor’s credentials, availability, insurance, and suitability for the project.

LIABILITIES AND DISPUTE

You42 Studios will not assist in or facilitate communication between clients and contractors regarding disputes or performance issues. Any claims, demands, or legal actions related to the contractor’s work, behavior, or deliverables must be handled directly between the client and the contractor.
